Over 150 visitors, friends and members attended the open house at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on Saturday evening, March 10.
Members of the church, which is located adjacent to McAulliffe Middle School on Cerritos Avenue in Los Alamitos, presented three discussions to explain “who Mormons are and what they believe.” These discussions centered around their Christ-centered beliefs of “where we came from, why we are here on earth, and what happens to us after this life.”
Light refreshments were served in the Cultural Hall after the presentations and everyone had a chance to mingle with the members and ask questions.
