More than 70 children of military members were treated to an egg hunt and story time with the Easter Bunny on Saturday, March 26 at Joint Forces Training Base Los Alamitos.
The event, which also included lunch, face painting, crafts and other goodies for the youngsters and their parents, was organized by JFTB’s Family Assistance Center, with volunteers from the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8954 in Buena Park, Bob Hope USO at John Wayne Airport, Garden Grove Elks Lodge and American Legion Auxiliary members from Lakewood and Newport Beach.
