The local Jewish community held a community free kosher falafel drive-thru on April 15 to celebrate Israel’s 73rd Birthday, known as Yom HaAtzmaut. The event was sponsored by Jewish Long Beach, Alpert Jewish Community Center, The Hebrew Academy, Hillel, and the Jewish Family and Children Services (JFCS).
