Did you know that more than 349,000 people in Orange County are at risk of hunger every month? These donated items help feed thousands of people.
The Second Harvest Food Bank serves charity organizations, which in turn, feed more than 200,000 hungry people in Orange County every month.
One of the basic needs of every family is food. Just one item can make a difference.
The Los Alamitos Girl Scout Service Unit has set a goal to collect and donate over 10,000 food items.
They participate every year, which is a great way to encourage holiday giving. Thank you to everyone who donates helping our community take a stand in the fight against hunger.
