The Boys & Girls Club staff proudly accepted the 2012 Gateway to Impact Award. “This award is a reflection of the commitment our staff has to serving the children in our community. They work hard to provide a quality experience for all Club families,” said Sue Osbon, Director of Operations.
Boys & Girls Club Quartermania event
Bring your quarters! The Boys & Girls Club of Cypress is hosting an exciting QuarterMania auction and fundraiser on Sunday, Feb. 23 from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. to support the club’s youth programs and activities.
A $20 donation to attend this event includes a luncheon at 12:30 p.m., a QuarterMania game paddle, one opportunity drawing ticket and lots of fun. Those attending the event can expect to bid on lots of great prizes with many chances to win. QuarterMania tickets can be purchased by visiting the Boys & Girls Club at 10161 Moody St., Cypress, or by calling 714-527-2697. The event is for adults and youth 16 and over.
Boys & Girls Club Board Member Dr. Terrisa Ha is chairing the event.
“This fun event is a great way for more community members to get involved and support the Club,” said Ha.
The Boys and Girls Club of Cypress offers homework help, social recreation, sports and fitness programs, and specialized clubs to youth members. The proceeds from the event will be used to purchase supplies for after school programming.
