Cypress Mayor Prakash Narain, Mayor Pro Tem Leroy Mills, and city staff, visited with the executives of Kaeser Compressors, Inc. on July 17, at Kaeser Compressors, Inc.’s offices located at 11105 Dana Circle in Cypress.

Kaeser relocated to their 21,000 square foot facility in the City of Cypress in August 2008 from a 10,000 square foot facility in Huntington Beach. The relocation was facilitated when their Corporate Offices in Fredericksburg, Virginia decided to open a Western Distribution Center. The Cypress location of Kaeser serves as the largest facility outside of their Corporate Headquarters in Fredericksburg.

The Cypress facility is responsible for a territory, which spans from the Kern County line to the U.S./Mexico border. Kaeser offers a complete line of air system products including rotary screw compressors, portable compressors, oil-less reciprocating compressors, rotary lobe blowers, vacuum packages, refrigerated and desiccant dryers, filters, condensate management systems and a variety of related products.

Kaeser Compressors has an extensive client list that includes Alcoa, City of Corona, Chip Foose of Foose Customs, Forster, and other regional and national companies.  Over the last two years, the Cypress location has reached its industry market share goal of 25 percent.
