For over 48 years, dedicated community leaders have helped shape Casa Youth Shelter into the place children and families can turn to when they need us most.
Casa Youth Shelter’s Board of Directors and fellow community leaders has invited the public to attend a conversation about Casa’s future, the work ahead, and the leadership needed to help guide it.
According to the invite, it will be held at Halbert Hargrove, 23rd floor, 111 W. Ocean Blvd., Long Beach on Wed., Sept. 16. The event will be held from 5 – 7 p.m., the nonprofit said in a statement.
This evening is designed for individuals who may be interested in serving Casa at the Board level. You’ll have an opportunity to meet current Board members, learn more about the responsibilities and impact of Board service, and explore how your leadership, expertise, and perspective could help shape Casa’s next chapter.
