For now, Knepper will represent the City of Seal Beach for events such as the Seal Beach Christmas Parade and annual Car Show. Knepper said she is excited about representing the city and being a role model for younger generations.

Tamares is currently attending Los Alamitos High and plans on attending Chapman University next year to major in screen acting, with a minor in public relations. The Los Alamitos Choir was also involved in the pageant presentation performing an opening number.

After seeing the pageant cancelled last year, former Miss Seal Beach and local realtor, Rosie Ritchie stepped in as Pageant Director to lead the way in bringing back the event.
