Yong-In Martial Arts has risen to the top in Poomsae competitions in the United States. Master Seongman Kim and Master Hogeun Chung from Yong-In Martial Arts in Tustin and Cypress respectively have trained their Team USA students diligently every week to make them the top in the nation.
Last year, Yong-In Martial Arts brought back one National US Taekwondo Team member, Stephany Kim of University High School in Irvine. This year, at the 2012 National Taekwondo Poomsae Team Trials in Dallas, Texas that took place from June 29 through July 4, Yong-In came back with five National US Taekwondo Team members: Stephany Kim (Junior Individual 14-17 years female), Ryan Tucker (Junior Individual 14-17 years male), Margaret Kim (1st Female Team), Cindy Asano (1st Female Team), and Sarah Min (1st Female Team). Now, they are all practicing diligently, in hopes of placing at the 7th Worlds Taekwondo Poomsae Championships in Colombia this December.
