The Cypress Chamber of Commerce will welcome the Vice President of Human Resources of ECOS/Earth Friendly Products Jennifer Lollino as our guest speaker at the August Networking Breakfast. Our event will be held Tuesday, August 9 at the Residence Inn by Marriott at 4931 Katella Avenue, Cypress/Los Alamitos starting at 7:30 a.m. and will follow all current protocols for attendee safety. ECOS VP of HR Jennifer Lollino will give an overview of the “High-Road Employer Practices” used at ECOS, one of Cypress’ major employers. Jennifer Lollino has 25 years of Human Resources experience across a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, technology, not-for-profit and professional services.

High-road practices can include things such as paying a living wage, offering family-friendly benefits, and developing sustainability incentive programs. From improved talent recruiting, to cost savings through reduced turnover, to improved consumer engagement, these practices can create a win-win situation for companies and their employees as well as help organizations, communities and the local economy. ECOS is well known for their human resources successes.

In her current role as Vice President of Human Resources for ECOS/Earth Friendly Products, Jennifer Lollino manages talent acquisition and strategy, onboarding, employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation, benefits, safety and wellness programs. Jennifer holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago and serves on the Cypress Chamber Board of Directors.
