The Los Alamitos Senior Club was treated to a performance of classic Elvis songs by Gary Anderson on Oct. 24. Club members enjoyed a nostalgic journey through time as Anderson’s performance made Elvis come alive. Anderson is a local businessman who manages Coastline Auto Care in Los Alamitos. He performs his Elvis showcase, “Memories of Memphis” in his spare time. For bookings, he can be contacted at 949- 770-7279.
Los Alamitos Senior Club meets every Thursday from 10 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. at the Community Center at 10911 Oak Street. Club activities include crafts, table games, bingo, luncheons, special holiday parties, birthday celebrations, guest speakers, entertainment, volunteer opportunities, and charity projects. The club also offers great trips to a variety of destinations. Club membership for only $10 per year entitles members to receive monthly newsletters and other benefits throughout the year.
