The City of Cypress’ AGENT Program and the Small Business Administration (SBA) held a workshop on “What You Need to Know about Small Business Financing” in June at the Cypress Community Center. Aspiring entrepreneurs and current small business owners learned about creative solutions and resources for business financing.
Guest speakers were SBA Economic Development Specialist Paul Smith, SCORE Mentor John Seelinger, CDC Small Business Finance Senior Community Loan Officer Stacey Sanchez and Credit Repair Nabil Captan.
The next AGENT Program and SBA co-sponsored workshop will take place in September. Program details will be announced in the near future.
