St. Irenaeus Kindergarten students show off their school spirit by wearing their Eagle shirts. They will join the other students and faculty in a week-long celebration of Catholic Schools Week 2013.

This week is dedicated to recognizing the gift of Catholic education in our community and our country.  The week begins with a special Mass on Sunday, Jan. 27 at 11:30.  Following the Mass we will have an information meeting for parents interested in sending their K-8th grade students to St. Irenaeus Parish School for the 2013-2014 school year. The meeting will be held in the Parish Hall at 12:45 p.m.

There will be an opportunity to learn about the school, ask questions, and begin the registration process. Catholic Schools Week will culminate with the school’s Annual Open House on Thursday, Jan. 31, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Everyone is welcome to visit the school and see all the wonderful opportunities and educational programs that St. Irenaeus Parish School has to offer.
