Berké Brown to make return appearance at Los Al Chamber

A leading expert in motivational and behavioral change has agreed to make a return appearance before the Los Alamitos Chamber of Commerce, Chairwoman Nesi Stewart announced this week.

She said Berké Brown, the managing partner at BLP Consulting, will speak to the Chamber at its monthly virtual networking event January 28. “We are very excited and ready to hear from him,” said Stewart.

Brown is a leading expert in motivation and behavior change and has worked with numerous companies, organizations and municipal governments to create mission-driven and sustainable changes in culture, performance and service.

He is a managing partner and Executive Coach at BLP Consulting, a values-based organizational consulting firm. He is also the founder of Internal Gym Enterprises, a behavioral change and mindset coaching company that equips individuals and organizations with research backed tools for both healthy living and thinking.

Berké was awarded highest honors for his research at UC Berkeley on internal motivation and the psycho-motivational forces behind behavioral change. From both his research and his consulting experience, Berké continues to create powerful behavior change programs that increase human motivation and engagement in work, health, business and life.

According to his website, Berké has delivered captivating keynote addresses at more than 100 events, conferences, and fundraisers. His more high-profile speaking engagements include Google Startup Grind, where he provided techniques to avoid founder and employee burnout, Omada Tech, with whom he taught employees the science of human motivation, Haas Business School at UC Berkeley, where he inspired businessmen and women of the future to set clear visions of greatness, and University of Southern California (USC), where he taught students to overcome mental sabotage and live from their values.
Stewart said Los Alamitos Mayor, Mark Chirco will speak to the Chamber in February.
