The Crushers were crowned champions of the Cypress Recreation Spring volleyball league on Friday, April 28. The Crushers, coached by Jay Zapanta and Troy Degener, came into the playoffs as the third seeded team and faced a second seeded “Tidal Wave” team on Monday April 24. The playoff game was tough but the team pulled off two wins in a very close match.
