Jana Blazek and Clint Smith take home the Sweepstakes Awards for the 2013 Cypress Holiday Decorating Contest. The Cypress Recreation and Community Services Department would like to thank all of the participants for entering the 2013 Holiday Decorating Contest. All these entries will be recognized along with the Sweepstakes recipients receiving a proclamation at the January 21, 2014 Recreation and Community Services Commission Meeting. The Recreation Commissions really enjoyed viewing and judging the entries.
