Subject: Letters to the Editor
Sometime last year you published an article proclaiming that the opinion page will no longer feature political commentary. What happened since then?
In the Feb.3 issue you publish a letter to the editor from a local conspiracy group lamenting that the election was fraud, worshiping Trump and saying he should have been sworn in a President. This nonsense has no place in a community newspaper like the Event News Enterprise.
There are a lot of nutcases out there as we have seen lately but why would you give them a forum.
Very disappointing.
