A new 7-Eleven store held its grand opening on Friday in Los Alamitos. Owners Balwinder Singh and Daljit Singh Randhawa opened the new store at the site of the former Andrew’s Liquor. The event included a raffle, deals on hot dogs and Slurpee’s and music by 97.1 Amp FM.
The store was honored with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and presented two checks in the amount of $711 each to Los Alamitos High School and Oak Middle School. Los Alamitos Unified School District Superintendent Sherry Kropp was on hand to accept the checks, as well as participate in the ribbon cutting ceremony. The new 7-Eleven is located at 10772 Los Alamitos Blvd.
