The event benefits two very important Soroptimist programs: the Live Your Dream program and Soroptimist Day of Success.

The event benefits two very important Soroptimist programs: the Live Your Dream program and Soroptimist Day of Success.
Live Your Dream is an education and training awards program, which is conducted locally, regionally and nationally, and annually awards $1.7 million in education grants to more than 1,300 women who have struggled with poverty, domestic violence and, in some cases, substance abuse or to women who have been the victims of human trafficking.
The other program to be supported by the Dream Big Fly High Luncheon is Soroptimist Day of Success.
This is a day where women can enjoy selecting appropriate work outfits, a complementary professional hair styling, and make-up session to prepare them for entering or re-entering the workforce.
