Also on the meeting’s consent calendar was a $75,000 settlement agreement to be paid to Charlotte Parker for injuries sustained from tripping and falling on uneven sidewalk. Parker sued the city after she broke her wrist in 2014 from falling on uneven sidewalk near Holder and Pitcam. The city is paying Parker to dismiss the case, according to a staff report.
