Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Anaheim-Cypress are open for full-day School Year programs for teens at the Bandai Teen Center! The Clubhouse is open Monday-Friday from 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM for 7th through 12th grade students. Teen members have the option of attending either full-day or after school only.

Highly-skilled Instructional Aides will help each student follow their daily educational schedule, ensure they participate in remote classroom instruction with their classroom teachers, and provide support to help them complete their assignments. Specialized programs for teens including cooking classes, book clubs, speech and debate, career readiness and college preparation activities, community service and leadership opportunities, and much more are included weekly. Local organizations partner with us to provide mentors and job shadowing opportunities.

“We’re here to help families through the pandemic. We opened three Clubhouses to serve the children of essential workers this summer and we’re opening full day programs for the entire community this school year. Our staff are working closing with the school district to help children succeed in school while campuses are closed,” stated Anne Hertz, President of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Anaheim-Cypress.

Enhanced safety precautions for staff and members are in place within the Club. This includes frequent cleaning and sanitizing of all Club areas, wellness checks, social distancing, additional hand washing stations, small groups with lower member to staff ratios, and additional safety training for staff. Face coverings are required by all staff and members.

Space is limited and early registration is encouraged for the Club’s high-quality, low-cost programs. Scholarships are provided to ensure that no child is ever turned away for inability to pay. Additional information is available on the website at www.theboysandgirlsclub.org or by calling 714-527-2697.
