LAHS”s AP named OC Admin of Year

Los Alamitos Unified School District celebrated Los Alamitos High School Assistant Principal Melissa Miller being named the Orange County Co-Administrator of the Year at the Feb. 25 Board of Education meeting.

Los Alamitos Unified School District celebrated Los Alamitos High School Assistant Principal Melissa Miller being named the Orange County Co-Administrator of the Year at the Feb. 25 Board of Education meeting.

Miller is in charge of all activities at LAHS, including athletics, performing groups, clubs, and all site and community events that occur on the campus.

Melissa’s commitment to the students and families is evident as she works tirelessly, over 150 nights a year, to ensure that students have access to a world class education in all of the four A’s – academics, athletics, activities, and the arts.

“Her passion for students and her dedication to Los Al are inspiring,” said LAUSD Superintendent Dr. Sherry Kropp  “She is simply exemplary and we are fortunate to have her in Los Al.”
