The Los Alamitos High Junior Varsity Song team recently won the USA Spirit National Championship title at the Anaheim Convention Center. The team competed in the preliminary rounds on Saturday and qualified as a finalist with the highest score of the night.

The team returned on Sunday to compete in the final rounds, coming out victorious. This is the third year in a row that the Los Alamitos Junior Varsity Song Team took 1st Place at USA Nationals.
