Dear Editor,
Dear Editor,
In the outdated Measure A, which was received by the city on Nov. 13, 2012 (date stamped on the copy of Measure A I received from the City Clerk’s Office.), prior to the purchase of the 33-Acre (Area 9 in Measure A) by Prologis in December 2012 (‘Frequently Asked Questions’ on city’s website, answer 3: The property was purchased by Prologis, L.P. in December 2012 from the former property owner Cypress GC, LLC..)
There’s no mention of Prologis in the obsolete Measure A, but ‘ Prologis Site Plan on city’s website do show 3 buildings with 156 truck bays for this 33-Acre (Area 9).
Only Planning Area 1, 10 and 11 are effected by ‘Restrictive Covenants Agreements for Cypress Measure “A”, there’s no better way to vote, but NO, when Measure A covers different areas, for different Land Use Designations.
NO to the obsolete Measure A.
