The Los Alamitos boys soccer team recently won the Marina Soccer Holiday Classic Tournament, with a 2-0 win over Fullerton in the championship. In the semifinals, Los Alamitos beat Warren, and Fullerton beat Lawndale to set up the finals. In the championship game, the Griffins had goals by Evan Bacani and Anthony Mejia. Goalie Guilermo Jiminez was credited with two saves.
