Los Alamitos Unified School District has been honored and recognized over the last several weeks by various newspapers, periodicals, and respected educational and research institutions.  None of these accomplishments would be possible without the excellent work of staff members and the outstanding support of families, community members, businesses and LAEF.

Recent LAUSD accomplishments include Los Alamitos High School being ranked in the top 1 percent of high schools in the country by Newsweek, and in the top two percent of high schools in the country by U.S. News & World Report.
