The Democratic Club of Seal Beach will have State Assembly candidate Josh Lowenthal speak and introduce 48^th District Congressional candidate Harley Rouda at its September meeting. Mr. Rouda is running against Republican Dana Rohrbacher. The meeting is on Tuesday Sept. 11 from 7 to 9 p.m. at 12341 Montecito Road in Rossmoor.
